A One DaY Leadership & Wellness Group for 16-18 yr old girls
Sunday, June 11th 1:00PM - 3:30PM
This One Day Group specifically surrounds teenage girls with other professional women who engage them in leadership, wellness and personal growth skills. This girl's group, named after the first and only female Apostle mentioned in the New Testament, provides young girls with opportunity to engage with professional women who share desired interest and careers.
The session is designed to motivate and push girls into their "next" level of young womanhood. Self esteem, confidence, creativity and leadership discussion is a part of the creative expression. Our mentors will work with our therapist, to inspire, positive "girl talk", while engaging the girls in various forms of creative arts.

All sessions are held from 1:00 - 3:30PM. All sessions are IN PERSON. Social Distance protocol will be practiced, as needed.

The cost of the session can be covered by your insurance! We accept mostly all major insurances. Please contact the office if you are interested in paying "out of pocket". Participants must pay in full before the session begins.

The Fun Begin Saturday, july 10th!
This AMAZING, faith based, three week summer session is tailor-made for girls between the ages of 13-15. Girls will have access to the creative arts, women mentors of color, and , "girl talk" that will empower them to tap into all that God has created them to be!
Every session is designed to enhance the self esteem, confidence, and creativity of young girls. Our mentors will work with our therapist, to inspire, positive "girl talk", while engaging the girls in various forms of creative arts, such as pottery, jewelry, t-shirts, and canvas painting.

Session 1- Built to Last!
This session will focus on building the inner strength of mind, body, and soul. Hand made clay planter will be the art activity.
Session 2- My Word are My Power!
In this session girls will identify and learn the benefit of positive self talk. The art activity will be Collage Book Making filled with positive, self - affirmations.
Session 3 - I Can & I Will!
This session will focus on strengthening self esteem and confidence, utilizing wearable art to do it! T-Shirts and wearable art will be the creative arts used.
