As a licensed , clinical therapist, Ordained Pastor, and University Instructor, Dr. Green has committed her life to counseling, educating, and mentoring others into healing, wholeness, and self care .
For the past twelve years, she has served as the Counseling Director of The Barnabas Counseling Center of the Saint Paul's Baptist Church in Richmond, Virginia. Dr. Green has also served as Adjunct Professor and Consultant at the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University, with a focus on Pastoral Care Courses and Mentoring Women.
Dr. Green has an earned Bachelor's Degree in Pan African Studies, a Master's Degree in School Counseling, a Master's of Divinity from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Counseling and Human Development. Additionally, her endless passion for national and international women empowerment, Dr. Green founded the Non-Profit Organization, The Mentoring Association of Professional Christian Women (MAPCW).
