Covid-19 Response - Telehealth Available
The starting point begins with a phone call or email. Contact our office or send an email requesting an appointment and one of our friendly, confidential care team members will respond within 48 hours.
Once you make the call or write the email, let us know what brings you to counseling. Just in case you forget, our team member will be sure to confirm your counseling need when your call is returned.
Once you are connected to our intake specialist, you will be asked for your preferred method of payment: Insurance or Private Pay. We take most insurances and we will confirm if your health care provider is listed with us. Session Fees will also be discussed at the time of your initial call.
All initial paperwork is completed electronically. Once your appointment is scheduled you will receive all start up paperwork through your hippa compliant, client portal. The Client Portal is an easy and secure way to communicate with us, return or upload confidential documents, as well as make credit card payments.
In your first session, you can expect to receive the time and space to share your story, as well as your reason for beginning counseling. We will actively co-create a plan to work toward achieving an obtainable counseling goal.
